Overview

The Accounts section allows you to manage both your bank accounts (for receiving fiat) and crypto wallets (for receiving crypto).

For receiving fiat currency (COP, MXN, USD)

For receiving cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT)

Add a Bank Account

Navigate to Accounts

Click Accounts → Bank Accounts → Add Bank Account

Select Country

Choose where your bank is located:
  • 🇨🇴 Colombia (PSE)
  • 🇲🇽 Mexico (SPEI)
  • 🇺🇸 United States (ACH/Wire)

Fill in Details

Colombia (PSE):
  • Bank name
  • Account type (savings/checking)
  • Account number
  • Account holder name
  • ID number
Mexico (SPEI):
  • Bank name
  • CLABE (18 digits)
  • Account holder name
  • RFC
USA (ACH):
  • Bank name
  • Account number
  • Routing number
  • Account type
  • Account holder name
  • SSN (last 4 digits)

Verify Ownership

Upload proof of ownership:
  • Bank statement (last 3 months)
  • Screenshot from online banking
  • Or complete micro-deposit verification
The bank account must be in YOUR name and match your KYC information.

Manage Bank Accounts

  • Set as Default - Mark your preferred account
  • Edit Details - Update account information
  • Remove Account - Delete unused accounts
  • View Status - Check verification status

Crypto Wallets

Add a Crypto Wallet

Navigate to Wallets

Click Accounts → Wallets → Add Wallet

Enter Wallet Address

Paste your wallet address (starts with 0x…)
Copy the address from your wallet app (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.)

Select Network

Choose the network:
  • Polygon (recommended - lowest fees)
  • Ethereum
  • Base
  • Arbitrum

Add Label

Give it a nickname for easy identification:
  • “My Main Wallet”
  • “MetaMask Polygon”
  • “Hardware Wallet”
Critical Checks:
  • Address format is correct (0x + 40 characters)
  • Network matches your wallet
  • You control this wallet (not an exchange)

Best Practices

Always verify wallet addresses before saving. One wrong character = lost funds.
Never use accounts belonging to someone else, even family members.
Update accounts if you change banks or wallets.
For new wallets, test with a small transaction first.
